Booking and cancellation

How to book

1. Open Online Reservation and choose home, car or office cleaning.
2. Choose a date and a free one-hour slot between 08:00 and 17:00, UK time, any day of the week.
3. Create an account or log in.
4. Enter the address, postcode and phone number, accept these terms, and confirm.

You receive a booking reference on screen and the appointment appears in My Account. The same appointment appears on the business schedule. A time that is already taken cannot be booked again.

Price

The online price is £25 for one hour. We will agree any longer or different clean with you before doing extra work.

Confirmation

Submitting the form reserves the slot. We then confirm by phone or email. If we have to move the appointment, you will not be charged for the original slot.

Cancellation by you

Cancel from My Account at least 24 hours before the start time. The slot is then released. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a visit where we cannot get access, may be charged at £25.

After the clean

When the appointment is marked completed, you can publish one review of that visit from your account. Payment is due at the end of the clean unless we have agreed another arrangement. This website does not store card numbers.

Records entered by the business

Staff can add an appointment that was arranged by phone, or a clean that has already taken place, using the real service date. Those records are labelled as entered by staff. They are not described as bookings made through the website at the time.
